Types of Gluing Machine
Double roller gluing machine
The double-roll adhesive machine is made up of the top and bottom adhesive roll and the adhesive box. The veneer is in contact with the adhesive roll when it goes between the two adhesive rolls so that the adhesive on the adhesive roll covers the top and bottom surfaces of the veneer.
Three-roll gluer
Three-roll of glue is added to the top or bottom of the rubber roll. The bonding quantity is decided by the gap between the adhesive roll and the adhesive roll.
Four-roll gluer
Four-roll glue is added to the top and bottom of the glue roll to control the amount of adhesive on the board and bottom surface.
